Important Info

The Officials Handbook is your go-to guide for everything you need to know before, during, and after an event. It covers roles and responsibilities, key procedures, and helpful tips to keep things running smoothly and safely. Whether you’re new or a returning official, this handbook is here to support you and make sure you feel confident, informed, and ready to jump in. We truly appreciate the time and effort you put into being part of the team.
All ATR officials are required to hold a current AASA Officials Licence. AASA is our governing body, and this licence is essential for insurance and accreditation purposes. Holding a valid licence ensures you are officially recognised, covered under event insurance, and authorised to perform your role at ATR events. It’s an important requirement that helps keep our events safe, compliant, and professionally run.
For references for your licence, you can put Beth, the event manager and Britt, the boss of ATR.

This group is our main hub for ATR Officials to stay connected and informed. It’s where we share important updates, event information, key reminders, and behind-the-scenes moments from across our events. The group is also a space to ask questions, share experiences, and support one another in the lead-up to and during events. It helps keep everyone aligned, informed, and connected as part of the wider ATR community.
